TINARELLI SRL is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA, and in compliance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), effective June 28, 2025.

Status of Compliance

The website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of the UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) standard and the requirements of Annex A of the Ministerial Decree July 5, 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the limitations listed below. Numerous measures have been implemented to ensure the most inclusive experience possible:

Responsive layout, readable on any device
Adequate visual contrasts
Keyboard navigation enabled
Compatibility with major screen readers
Descriptive alternative texts for main images
Checks using automatic tools and manual tests. Accessibility Widget installation.

Note: While we aim to meet several AAA-level criteria, we officially declare compliance with AA, in line with current legislation.

Content not Accessible

Some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. In particular:

Some PDF documents may not be compatible with assistive technologies
Embedded videos may not include subtitles or transcripts
Some dynamic elements may require further improvements in terms of ARIA semantics, such as the initial slider, which behaves automatically.

We are constantly working to resolve these issues.

Implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA)

The site is designed taking into account the provisions of the European Accessibility Act, in force since July 16, 2025, in particular to ensure:

Interoperability with assistive technologies
Simplified use of content, forms, purchase pages, information, and digital services
