• Modular machine, by increasing the length it can have several free stations for manual loading or more optional
• Carton opening in positive and the unit for opening cartons forwards or backwards is standard
• Carton transport to the various stations is performed by 6 belts controlled by independent servomotors, which transport the carton without the slightest mark and make the handling of the size changeover in width, very fast and safe over time
• The carton magazine has great autonomy and is easy and convenient for the operator
• The lower and upper closures are fully manually adjustable with position indicators that also allow micro-adjustments and give the possibility of closing even very different cartons without any problems. The option of closing cartons with alternating flaps or aeroplane flaps is standard.
• During the various processing stages, the correct closing and presence of the product is checked, and the various rejects are discarded on the outfeed belt in the appropriate container
• On a large 15-inch full-HD colour panel, mounted on a console that moves along the entire axis of the machine, the entire processing flow is controlled.

• Format changeover in the 3 directions of the case is fully electronic, and format changeover with compulsory click buttons is automatic, without the need for tools.(standard)
• The product pick and place is prepared with a Fanuc 5-axis robot as standard, to ensure maximum technology, robustness and flexibility by designing the pick and place heads according to the needs of the product to be inserted and the required machine cycle speed.
• The product arrival conveyor from the upstream line is prepared from time to time for pucks or bulk products according to customer requirements.
• The machine is lighted with multi-coloured lights representing the operating status and closed with large transparent doors for a perfect view. Maximum safety for operators, with magnetic lock sensors on the access doors.
